Job Title: Machine Operator
Purpose: The Machine Operator is responsible for
carrying out all manufacturing duties assigned by the Line Leader, ensuring
adherence to safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding product
quality standards.
Reports to: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures:Maintain
high personal hygiene standards.Report
any identified unsafe conditions to the Supervisor for further action.Uphold
a high standard of housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).Ensure
product quality standards are maintained consistentlyReconcile
final bulk mass with theoretical yield and report any discrepancies to the
Line Leader.Cleaning:Maintain
the work area and equipment in a tidy state.Ensure
all equipment is clean before use.Operating:Follow
correct work practices and make minor adjustments to operate machines
efficiently.Verify
that ID cards contain accurate information (weight, batch number, expiry
date, product code).Conduct
prescribed in-process checks at regular intervals to ensure product quality and traceabilityFollow
process instructions and deviate only with Supervisor approvalReconcile
final bulk mass with theoretical yield and report discrepancies to the
Line Leader.Verify
timekeeping records and forward them to the Department Supervisor.Documentation:Submit
completed documentation for each batch to the Line Leader.Qualifications and Skills:High
school diploma or equivalent.Previous
experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Knowledge
of safety procedures and protocols.Attention

Requirements:
Degree level education
Min. 3-5 years of experience in a pricing leadership position
Experience with SAP, IFS or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of predictive analytics & AI
Experience in CRM / CPQ â?? ideally IFS.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent in English
A second European language would be beneficial.
